真皮脂肪瓣和脱细胞真皮基质修复面部凹陷性瘢痕的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用真皮脂肪瓣移植修复和脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)修复两种方法各修复2013年12月~2014年12月来我院就诊的92例头面部凹陷性瘢痕患者,详细记录两组患者的临床恢复情况,并进行统计学分析。结果两组92例头面部凹陷性瘢痕病例经修复治疗后,均取得了良好的临床效果,两组在成活率方面进行比较,无统计学差异(P〉0.05),但脱细胞真皮基质的创面收缩率和复合皮表皮层形成分化方面均优于自体刃厚皮组。真皮脂肪瓣和脱细胞真皮基质在修复面部凹陷性瘢痕方面均有良好的临床效果,但脱细胞真皮基质(ADM)修复面部凹陷性瘢痕稳定性、创面收缩率以及愈后恢复效果方面均较真皮脂肪瓣好,供区二次损伤的概率低,故值得临床上进一步推广与应用。
