两种不同方案治疗上肢难愈性伤口的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Two Different Treatment of Upper Extremity Refractory Wounds

目的探讨常规封闭式负压引流技术(VSD)及改良VSD联合金因肽治疗上肢难愈性伤口的效果。方法选取收治病例60例,平均分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规VSD治疗方案,观察组则在常规VSD的基础予以改良,观察两组的临床治疗效果,比较两组伤口上皮化时间、伤口愈合时间、伤口愈合率、引流管堵塞发生率、引流液细菌培育阳性率等指标的差异。结果观察组治疗效果及各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取改良VSD联合金因肽治疗治疗方案,能够更为有效地缓解治疗时出现的堵塞情况,比常规VSD治疗方案更加有利于伤口的愈合。

Objective Study on the conventional vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） and modified VSD combined with Genetime treatment of upper extremity refractory wound effect.Methods 30 cases were selected, the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional VSD. The observation group was improved by conventional VSD. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. The two groups were compared. The 60 groups were compared.Results The effect of the observation group and the indicators were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions To adopt the improved VSD combined with gold for the treatment of treatment, can be more effective to relieve the obstruction of the treatment,It is more beneficial to the healing of the wound than the conventional VSD treatment.
