不同手术方式治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折临床体会 被引量：1

The Clinical Experience of Different Mode of Operation for the Treatment of OPlecranon Fracture

摘要 目的探析不同手术方式治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者93例,甲组应用张力带固定治疗,乙组应用改良张力带治疗,丙组应用异形接骨板治疗,对比三组治疗效果。结果乙组与丙组优良率（96.67%）、（93.75%）显著高于甲组（80.65%）,三组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论尺骨鹰嘴骨折应用异形接骨板与改良张力带治疗疗效可靠,安全性好,并发症少,切实可行,值得推广。
