不同大小后踝骨骨折切开复位内固定术后治疗效果探究 被引量:9

摘要 探讨后踝骨切开固定术对不同大小后踝骨骨折的疗效。收集68例行切开复位内固定术的后踝骨骨折病例,分析其中后踝关节骨折波及胫骨远端关节小于25%(A组,n=34)及大于25%(B组,n=34)的解剖复位率及末次随访时AOFAS评分。术后随访18~24(22.4±3.72)个月。A、B两组后踝骨骨折解剖复位率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),平均AOFAS评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。后踝骨折波及胫骨远端关节无论是否大于25%,均应行切开内固定治疗。
