含氟聚氨酯微相分离结构的研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress of polyurethane fluorine-containing in microphase separation structure

摘要 介绍了含氟聚氨酯(FPU)的制备工艺,综述了含氟(F)官能团对于聚氨酯(PU)微相结构的影响。研究结果表明:溶度参数的显著差异,增加了PU软/硬段的热力学不相容性,促进了PU的微相分离;含F官能团具有较高的电负性和位阻效应,使得PU软/硬段之间的作用力变大,从而又阻碍了PU的微相分离。最后对FPU的发展方向进行了展望。 The preparation process of polyurethane fluorine-containing (FPU) was introduced, the influences of fluorine-containing functional group on PU' s microphase structure were summarized. The research results showed that the thermodynamic incompatibility between soft chain segment and hard chain segment in PU was increased because the solubility parameters had the obvious differences, so the PU' s microphase separation structure was promoted. The acting force between soft chain segment and hard chain segment in PU was increased because fluorine-containing functional group had the higher electronegativity and sterie effect, so the PU' s microphase separation structure was hindered. Finally, the development direction of FPU was expected.
