“文化走出去”背景下的我国外国语言文学学科发展战略

The Developmental Strategies of the Discipline of Foreign Languages and Literature under the Background of Chinese Culture Diffusion

本文在综述相关文献、分析学科内涵与分类的基础上,探讨了外国语言文学学科的内涵、分类以及中国"文化走出去"背景下的发展原则:系统性、前沿性、特色性、国际化、创新性、跨学科等。同时从学科规划、跨文化人才培养、国际学术话语权、外译产品质量、海外资源建设、教师专业发展、文化传播途径拓展、智库建设、期刊国际化、学科评估等方面探讨了学科发展战略,期望为进一步推动我国外语学科发展,助力文化海外推介,提高文化软实力提供一定启示。

Based on the review of relevant data and the analysis of the connotation and classification of a discipline, this paper probes into the connotation and classification of the discipline of foreign languages and literature, as well as its developmental principles under the background of Chinese culture diffusion, namely, the principles of being systematic, insightful, unique, international, innovative and cross-disciplinary. Meanwhile, the developmental strategies of this discipline are also analyzed from the perspectives of discipline planning, cross-cultural talents cultivation, international academic discourse power, the quality of C-E translation, the construction of overseas resources, teachers' professional development, the approaches of cultural diffusion, the building of think-tanks, internationalization of journals, and discipline evaluation, with the hope of giving certain enlightenment to the promotion of the disciplinary development, cultural diffusion, and improvement of the soft power of Chinese culture.
