NT-proBNP检测在心力衰竭诊治中的应用被引量：3

摘要目的探讨心脏标准物氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)在心力衰竭诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法对100例临床初诊心力衰竭患者行NT-proBNP检测,根据检测结果进行心力衰竭的诊断和危险分层,并根据诊断情况指导治疗。结果 NT-proBNP检测排除心力衰竭32例,与出院诊断对照分析准确率为100.0%;诊断心力衰竭68例,其中60例出院符合《慢性心力衰竭诊断治疗指南》相关标准[1],诊断准确率为88.2%(60/68)。NTproBNP检测诊断为心力衰竭患者按心力衰竭诊疗指南正规治疗后,显效49例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为91.2%(62/68)。结论 NT-proBNP在心力衰竭的诊断中具有良好的鉴别作用,并可根据NT-proBNP水平对心力衰竭进行分层,以指导治疗。
