A Research on Legal Education of College Students

大学生法治教育是法治中国建设的组成部分,法治教育面临的现实困境是缺少独立的法治教育体系。从高校开展法治教育的历史和现状看,大学生法治教育有两种模式,即单向灌输式教学模式和主体间性教学模式,前者不断被扬弃,而后者更具有现代性。针对法治教育中存在的问题,可以采取阶梯式教育路径来解决,即对大一学生改革法律基础课教学,并开展"学生手册"教育;对大二至实习前的学生开展职业性法律知识的传授,并通过第二课堂强化学生的法治思维;对实习生和毕业生开展更为深层次的法治教育。

College Students＇ legal education is part of the construction of rule of law in China. The rule of law education is confronted with the reality of the plight that is the lack of an independent system of the rule of law education. According to the history and current status of the rule of law education in the colleges and universities,the rule of law education has two modes,One-way force-feeding teaching mode and Intersubjectivity teaching mode.The former continus to be discarded,while the latter is more modern. In view of the problems in the rule of law education,by taking the ladder education path to solve. First,it is the legal basic course teaching reform of high school students,and to carry out the ＂ Student Handbook＂ education for the freshmen. Second,it is to carry out the teaching of professional legal knowledge,and the second classroom of students thinking of the rule of law for the students who is from the sophomore to the intership; Third,it is to carry out more in-depth education in the rule of law. for the trainees and graduates
