川东地区高含硫气田安全高效开发技术瓶颈与措施效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 高含硫气井由于天然气中H2S、CO2等腐蚀性介质含量和水合物形成温度较高,开发生产过程中在井下及地面易析出单质硫,形成水合物堵塞。严重腐蚀和堵塞设备管道,不仅影响气井正常生产,还影响企业经济效益和社会效益。通过腐蚀和堵塞对高含硫气井安全高效生产的影响,以及采取防腐解堵和实施效果的分析,提出了确保川东高含硫气井长期安全平稳生产的方法和措施。 In most high-sour gas wells, large amount of corrosive media such as H2 S and CO2, and higher hydrate-generating temperature can result in sulfur easily deposited at surface or in these wells, further to form gas hydrate. More seriously, the gas hydrate may corrode and plug pipelines, which affect not only a normal production but also economic and social benefits. In this study, we at first analyzed the effects of corrosion and plugging on the efficient and safe production for the high-sour gas wells; and then, made some corrosive and plug removal measures; at last made many countermeasures to guarantee a long-term, safe, and smooth production for these wells in eastern Sichuan Basin.
