韩一站煤层气管网节点压力仿真模拟分析

摘要 通过分析管网仿真的理论方法,以韩城韩一站煤层气集输管线为例,运用PNS软件画出韩一站集输管网仿真模型图,进行节点压力分析,改变入口压力等不同集输条件下分析管网的输送能力,比较模拟值与实测值,分析和评价不同时期、不同集输方案的影响,及时调整和修正管网模型,优化管网系统,从而更加准确地反映客观情况。 For CBM gathering pipelines of Han1 station in Hancheng, the node pressure was analyzed through some theoretical approaches of pipeline simulation and a simulation model chart by PNS software. Moreover, the pipeline deliverability was analyzed in terms of its different gathering conditions, such as changing the inlet pressure; and a comparison between simulated and measured values was carried on; the effects of different gathering plans in different periods were evaluated; and some adjustments and amendments for pipe network model were made to optimize the pipeline system.
