摘要
目的：探讨豢养宠物犬对空巢老年人群心理健康的影响。方法依据检索策略，在4大中文数据库中检索相关文献进行分析。结果初检得到24篇文献，最终纳入7篇文献，部分文献研究结果表明，豢养宠物犬的老人较未豢养宠物犬的老人心理健康水平更高，罹患抑郁、孤独、孤僻等的概率较低，就医概率相对较低。结论豢养宠物犬对提高空巢老人心理健康水平与生活质量具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the influence of feeding pet dog on mental health of empty‐nest aged population . Methods Related literatures retrieved from 4 big Chinese databases according to retrieve strategy were analyzed .Results Twenty‐four litera‐tures were retrieved primarily ,7 recruited finally ,research results of partial literatures showed that mental health levels were higher ,probabilities of suffering from depression ,loneliness ,unsociability as well as treatment‐seeking lower .Conclusion Feeding pet dog has a positive role in improving mental health level and quality of life of empty‐nest aged population .
