社交技能训练对康复期精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响

Effects of social skills training on self-esteem levels of conva-lescence schizophrenia patients

目的：探讨社交技能训练对康复期精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响。方法将120例康复期精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组60例。两组均应用常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理，研究组在此基础上联合社交技能训练，观察6个月。于治疗前后采用自尊量表、自卑感量表评定患者的自尊及自卑水平。结果治疗前两组各量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）；治疗后研究组自尊量表评分较治疗前显著升高（P ＜0．01），自卑感量表评分较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），对照组则无显著变化（P＞0．05），两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05或0．01）。结论社交技能训练能显著提高康复期精神分裂症患者的自尊水平，消除其自卑心理，有利于患者社会功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the effects of social skills training （SST ） on self‐esteem levels of convalescence schizophrenia （CS） patients .Methods A total of 120 CS patients were randomly divided into two groups of 60 ones each .Both groups received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing ,on this basis research group was couples with SST for 6 months .Self‐esteem and inferiority levels were assessed using the Self‐esteem Scale（SES）and Feelings of Inadequacy Scale （FIS） before and after treatment .Results Before treatment there were no significant group differences in each scale score （P〉 0 .05） ;after treatment the SES score heightened more significantly compared with pretreatment in research group （ P 〈 0 .01） and the IFS lowered （P 〈 0 .01） , those had no notable changes in control group （ P 〉 0 .05） ,and there were significant group differences （P〈 0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion SSTs could notably improve the self‐esteem levels of CS patients ,elimi‐nate inferiority feelings ,and are beneficial to the recovery of patients’ social function .
