齐拉西酮联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效观察

Efficacy of ziprasidone plus small-dose clozapine in treatment-resistant schizophrenia

目的：探讨齐拉西酮联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法本组41例难治性精神分裂症患者，对单用氯氮平者联合齐拉西酮治疗，单用齐拉西酮者联合小剂量氯氮平治疗，观察12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表评定疗效及不良反应。结果本组患者阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著持续下降（P＜0．05或0．01），显效率为68．3％，总有效率为78．0％，除失眠外其他不良反应发生率均较治疗前降低。结论齐拉西酮联合小剂量氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效显著，且安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of ziprasidone plus small‐dose cloza‐pine in treatment‐resistant schizophrenia （TRS） .Methods Of 41 TRS patients ones on single clozapine were plus ziprasidone and ones on ziprasidone plus small‐dose clozapine for 12 weeks .Efficacies were as‐sessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） .Results The total and each factor scores of the patients lowered nota‐bly and continuously after treatment compared with pretreatment （P〈 0 .05 or 0 .01） ,obvious and total ef‐fective rate were respectively 68 .3% and 78 .0% ,and the incidences of adverse reactions except insomnia lowered .Conclusion Ziprasidone plus small‐dose clozapine has an evident effect and high safety in treat‐ment‐resistant schizophrenia .
