拉莫三嗪治疗婴儿痉挛疗效观察

Efficacy of lamotrigine in the treatment of infantile spasms

目的：探讨拉莫三嗪治疗婴儿痉挛的临床疗效及安全性。方法对50例婴儿痉挛患儿在原抗癫痫药物治疗的基础上，予以拉莫三嗪治疗，统计临床疗效及出现的不良反应。结果本组患儿显效23例，有效8例，无效19例，总有效率为62％；不良反应较轻微。结论拉莫三嗪治疗婴儿痉挛疗效确切，安全性高。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of lamotrigine in the treatment of infantile spasms .Methods Fifty cases with infantile spasms were treated with lamotrigine on the basis of original antiepileptic ,efficacy and adverse reaction added up .Results The total rate of the patients was 62% ,23 ones were obvious effective ,8 ef‐fective and 19 ineffective ;adverse reactions were mild and could spontaneously remit .Conclusion Lam‐otrigine has a certain efficacy and higher safety in the treatment of infantile spasms .
