摘要
针对目前煤位测量采用超声波测量方法,存在抗干扰性差、可靠性不高等缺点,设计了一种矿用雷达物位监控装置。该装置通过物位传感器发射高频电磁波到被测物体,采用噪声阈值处理技术、滤波处理技术和虚假回波处理技术处理反射信号,实现了对物位的实时、高精度测量。测试结果表明,该装置可靠性高、测量误差较小、抗干扰性强。
In view of shortcomings of bad anti-interference and low reliability existed in ultrasonic measurement method for coal level measurement,a mine-used rader material level monitoring device was designed.The device transmits high frequency electromagnetic wave to the measured object by material level sensor and processes reflected signal by use of noise threshold processing technology,filtering processing technology and false echo processing technology,so as to realize real-time and accurate measurement of material level.The testing results show that the device has high reliability,small measurement error and strong anti-interference.
