摘要
为了研究不同止回阀的执行效果,分别在装有弹簧被动式止回阀和液压主动式止回阀的试验系统进行振动试验,研究管道时域信号及频域信号的规律,比较2种止回阀在管道中作用时对管道振动强度的影响。试验结果表明,液压主动式止回阀能够更明显地降低管道振动强度,该结论为确定合理的管道输送参数提供了依据。
In order to study implementation effect of different check valves,vibration test was conducted in testing systems equipped with spring-loaded passive check valve and hydraulic active check valve respectively.Laws of time domain signal and frequency domain signal of the pipeline were studied,and impacts of two kinds of working check valve on vibration intensity of the pipeline were compared.The test results show that the hydraulic active check valve can reduce vibration strength more obviously.The conclusion provides reference for determining reasonable pipeline transportation parameters.
