摘要 针对现有通风机不停风倒机控制系统中存在通风机启动风阻过大、喘振等问题,提出了基于通风机风门开度调节的热备用方案,设计了基于模糊控制的煤矿通风机不停风倒机自动控制系统。该系统采用PLC为控制核心,使用模糊控制算法对主要通风机的运行工况进行分析,不依赖电动机运行状态方程及参数,自动选择最佳输出量对2台通风机进行控制,以实现整体风量稳定的同时顺利完成倒机。应用结果表明,该系统运行鲁棒性好,可实现在倒机过程中通风系统的稳定运行,消除了原倒机系统可能存在的瓦斯积聚和超限的隐患。 In view of problems of large startup wind resistance and ventilation surge existed in switchover control system without blowing-out of mine main ventilator,a hot standby scheme based on air door opening adjustment of main ventilator was put forward,and an automatic switchover control system without blowing-out of mine main ventilator based on fuzzy control was designed.The system uses PLC as control core,adopts fuzzy control algorithm to analyze working status of main ventilator,does not rely on equation parameter of motor running state,and can automatically select the best output to control two ventilators,so as to realize overall volume stability and complete switchover without blowing-out of mine main ventilator.The application results show that the system has good running robustness,can realizestable operation of the ventilation system in the switchover process of the main ventilator,and eliminate possible dangers of gas accumulation and overrun of original switchover system of main ventilator.
