腰椎正中矢状面椎间隙的CT测量及临床意义

Measurement of median sagittal intervertebral space by CT and its clinical significance

目的 :探讨正常成人腰椎椎间隙大小及其临床意义。方法 :120例非腰椎疾病患者,行腰椎CT扫描及MPR,测量各节段腰椎椎间隙大小,比较不同年龄、性别及腰椎不同节段的差异。结果:相同腰椎节段椎间隙间距,男女之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同年龄组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同腰椎节段椎间隙间距差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正常成人不同腰椎节段的椎间隙前中后距均不同,其正常值的研究可为进一步研究椎间隙改变所致腰椎疾病提供依据。

Objective：To study the intervertebral space and its clinical significance. Methods：The lumbar intervertebral space of 120 patients without lumbar disease were scanned and measured by CT and MPR. The differences of the measurements of gender,age and lumbar segment were compared. Results：There were no significant differences on the intervertebral space of the same lumbar segment of gender and age （P〉0.05）,while there was significant difference between different lumbar segments （P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The intervertebral space of lumbar varied from different lumbar segments. And the change helps to the di-agnosis of lumbar disease.
