摘要 简要介绍广西金川有色金属有限公司铜"双闪"工艺流程及其特点、生产辅助系统配置情况、投产以后熔炼闪速炉和吹炼闪速炉生产负荷情况、生产作业参数以及各入炉物料和产物指标情况,介绍试生产期间出现的主要问题及解决措施。 "Double-Flash" copper smelting process and technical characteristics, configuration of auxiliary system, production of FFS and FFC, production operation parameters, and indexes of raw materials and products in Guangxi Jinchuan Group Limited were introduced. Main problems and addressing measures during pilot production were presented.
