摘要
介绍了近十年来贵溪冶炼厂铜闪速炉的工艺装备及控制技术的发展创新与生产实践情况,着重介绍在精矿喷嘴结构、炉衬保护、锅炉烟气处理等工艺装备优化改进及冶金控制模型的技术创新方面的发展历程及取得的成果,并通过历年生产实践数据对相关成果进行了验证与总结。
Development and innovation, and industrial application of equipment and control technique of copper flash smelting furnace in Guixi Smelter in the last decade were introduced. Achievements in optimization and improvement of structure of concentrate nozzle, lining protection, and boiler flue gas treating system, and technological innovation of flash metallurgy control model were presented. The according achievements were verified and summarized by data of plant practice.
