摘要
以"闪速熔炼—PS转炉吹炼"铜冶炼主流工艺为设计计算对象,基于自主开发的"冶金工艺流程计算系统开发平台(Metcal)"软件,采用物料平衡、热平衡和化学平衡等原理建立各计算单元数学模型,并对铜冶炼全流程进行了设计模拟计算,得到了各冶金单元的详细物流信息和热平衡计算结果,为该工艺设计、放大提供了理论指导,提高了冶金工艺全流程设计计算效率。
Mainstream copper smelting process of flash smelting-PS converter blowing was applied as design objects, mathematical models of computing element according to material balance, heat balance and chemical equilibrium principle were established based on self-deyeloped metallurgical process computing system development platform (Metcal) software. Simulation calculation on whole copper smelting process was carried out. Logistics information of metallurgical units and heat balance calculation results were obtained. The results not only improve efficiency of metallurgical process flow design and calculation but also provide theoretical guidance for process design and amplification.
