摘要
对镍闪速熔炼系统单喷嘴在热态下进行检修的关键节点进行总结,同时对镍闪速炉环绕水套漏水原因进行分析。实践证明,在闪速炉热态保温条件下,对环绕水套进行安全检修是可行的,可以提高闪速炉炉体安全运行和闪速炉作业率。
Key points of repair of FF single nozzle under hot condition were summarized. Cause of water leakage from surrounding water jacket was analyzed. Plant practice shows that it is possible to repair surrounding water jacket under hot condition of FF and improve safe running and operability of FF.
