摘要
采用新型树脂SF-11脱除铜电解液中的锑和铋。结果表明,SF-11树脂可有效脱除电解液中的Sb、Bi、Fe3+,同时对Cu2+、Ni 2+等基本不吸附;当流速为4BV/h时,锑的脱除率≥95%,铋的脱除率≥75%。用EDTA作为脱附剂,树脂可再生使用。
Antimony and bismuth were removed from copper electrolyte by new resin SF-11. The results show that SF-11 resin can effectively remove Sb, Bi, and Fe^3+ in electrolyte without adsorption of Cu, Ni divalent metal ions. The removal rate of antimony and bismuth is 95% above and 75% above respectively. Resin can be reproduced by desorption with EDTA.
