摘要
本研究采用等离子体、生物酶等生态染整集成技术开发设计了节能型平幅连续式棉针织生态染整前处理生产线。该技术的特点是节水、减排、降耗、高效。实践证明,采用该技术可明显地提高生产效率和产品质量,改善生产环境,降低原材料消耗,削减源头污染,对实现节能减排,促进清洁生产具有重要意义。
In this study, an open-width continuous ecological dyeing and finishing pretreatment production line fbr cotton knitted fabrics was designed and developed, which integrated plasma, biological enzymes into an ecological dyeing technology. The technology was characterized by water-saving, emission reduction, energy saving, and efficient. Practice has proved that this technology could significantly improve production efficiency, product quality and production environment, and reduce raw material consumption and pollution: the technology is conducive to energy saving, mission reduction, and cleaner production.
