摘要
教师自主教研活动平台是学校为促进教师在教育教学专业能力方面自主发展、自主提升而创设的各种客观环境或有利条件,具有自主性、实践性和多样性。无锡市连元街小学在江苏省教育科学"十二五"规划重点资助课题"教学智慧深度建构:教学个性和教学风格案例研究"的研究过程中,进行了智慧教师自主教研活动平台的研究,逐步认识到其中的研究价值和实践意义。
The platform of teacher's autonomous teaching and research activities refers to various objective environment and favorable conditions, which are created by school to promote teachers' development in teaching and education with the characteristics of autonomy, practicality and diversity. Wuxi Lianyuanjie Primary School carries out the project research on teaching intelligence and personality, helping teachers realize the values and significance of such research.
