一例男男性传艾滋病感染者的社会道德分析

Analysis on social morality from a case of man to man transmission of HIV infected person

对一例男男性传HIV感染者进行个案调查,其本人诉说,同性性行为源于幼年家庭暴力,声称自己只对男性同性有性兴趣,不在意他人HIV传染给自身。作为一名HIV感染者,其本人并不认同自身所应该承担的社会公共卫生安全准则,以"个人隐私"、"个人权利"以及所谓"自觉自愿"的原则为由为自己的性错位辩解。在此,呼吁HIV感染者"个体自律",承担"社会责任",呼吁社会学重视HIV感染者个体行为边界研究,敦促法律强化对HIV感染者个体行为的规范。

This article investigates a case of man to man transmission of HIV infection. The person concerned recalls that his homosexual behavior is due to his childhood family violence, he also says he only has interest on homosexual from then on, and he doesnt care about being infected with HIV from others. As an HIV infected person, he himself doesn＇t agree with the responsibility of the social public health security and then he makes excuse for ＂private business＂, ＂individual rights＂ and ＂willingness＂. Here, we call on that HIV infected person to keep ＂self - discipline＂, ＂socially responsible＂, and also call on the boundary study of individual behavior on HIV infected person, urge the social law to strengthen the specification to individual behavior of HIV infection.
