提升高职学生党员职业适应性的对策分析

高等职业教育与我国经济发展关系密切,但是现阶段却出现了高职生就业难和企业用工难的局面,原因在于高职院校的人才培养没有真正实现与企业和社会需求的无缝对接,学生进入职场和社会的适应性较差,作为党员队伍中一个特殊而又重要的群体,大学生党员肩负着崇高而艰巨的历史使命。本文从现状和提升对策角度对党员学生职业适应性进行了分析。

Higher vocational education is closely related to the economic development of our country,but at this stage it appears difficult employment of higher vocational school students and difficult to recruit employees of enterprise,in the final analysis is that the education did not really realize seamless docking with the enterprise and social needs,students＇ poor adaptability of entering the workplace and society. As a special and important group in the Party members,the Party members of college students are shouldering the grand and arduous historical mission. This paper analyzes the current situation and put forward some countermeasures to improve the college student Party members＇ occupational adaptability.
