当前,国有企业处于结构调整、深化改革和转型发展的重要时期,也是企业反腐倡廉的关键时期。针对企业廉洁文化建设过程中出现的的新情况和新问题,文章从新时期廉洁文化建设工作的规律和办法入手,提出了廉洁文化建设的有效方式和具体途径,为企业健康和谐发展保驾护航。

At present,the state- owned enterprises are the important period of the structural adjustment,deepening the reform and transformation development,also is the key period for the anti- corruption. Aiming at the new situations and new problems in the process of enterprises honest cultural construction,this paper,starting from the honest cultural construction work rules and methods of the new period,puts forward the effective ways and concrete ways of honest cultural construction,escorting the enterprises healthy and harmonious development.
