摘要
国际商务谈判中,文化的差异是客观存在的,其对谈判人员的思维方式、表达方式、谈判风格、谈判组织、谈判结构等方面均会产生重大影响。国际商务谈判的课程必须与跨文化沟通结合起来进行教学。运用讲授法、讲座法、研讨法等直接传授型培训方法,促使学生掌握跨文化基础知识;运用角色扮演法、情景式案例教学法、影视教学法等参与型培训方法,提升学生跨文化交际能力;运用到企业实习等实践型培训方法,检验学生跨文化谈判能力。
In international business negotiations,cultural differences are an objective existence,which will have a major impact on the way of thinking,way of expression,negotiation style,organization,and structure. International business negotiation course must combine the teaching of intercultural communication.To use the teaching method,lecture method,discussion method to make students master the basic knowledge of cross- culture,to use role playing method,participatory training methods of case teaching method,situational teaching method to improve the students' intercultural communicative competence,to adopt enterprise practice training practice to test students' ability of cross- cultural negotiation.
