LiCl溶液除湿器的数值模拟和性能分析

摘要 文中对LiCl溶液除湿器的传热传质过程进行热力学分析,根据除湿器结构、溶液与空气的流动方式建立了该除湿器的热质交换物理模型和数学模型,并进行了推导和求解;通过MATLAB仿真模拟,计算空气和溶液进口参数的变化对相关指标的影响,得到除湿器各入口参数对评价指标的影响曲线.模拟分析表明:除湿溶液进口质量浓度、温度、质量流量和空气进口质量流量对除湿器性能具有较大影响;同时也验证了湿阻与溶液除湿系统除湿性能之间的关系,为进一步研究提供参考. The thermodynamics analysis is made of mass and heat transfer processes in the Li Cl liquid dehumidifier. According to the dehumidifier structure and the flow patterns of liquid and air,the heat and mass exchange physical and mathematical model of the dehumidifier is set up. The effect of the air and liquid inlet parameters on the related indices is calculated through MATLAB simulation. The influence of dehumidifier' s entrance parameter influence on the evaluation indices is obtained. Simulation shows that desiccant liquid inlet concentration,temperature,mass flow rate and inlet air mass flow rate have a significant influence on the performance of dehumidifier;the relationship between moisture resistance and dehumidification performance of liquid desiccant system is also verified,providing a reference for further research.
