左室中部肥厚梗阻型心肌病酷似急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病例报告患者女,66岁,主因间歇胸闷、憋气20余年,再发加重半天急诊入院。脑梗死病史20余年,遗留左侧肢体活动不利;否认高血压、糖尿病史。急诊心电图提示：Ⅱ、Ⅲ、a VF、V2~V6导联ST段弓背向上抬高0.1~0.3 m V伴T波倒置,拟诊“急性心肌梗死？室壁瘤？”
