摘要
介绍了焦炭的质量指标、测定方法、影响因素,通过用镜质组反射率评价当地炼焦用煤质量,通过小焦炉配煤及单种煤炼焦试验、炼焦炉生产焦炭质量管理与控制,在有限的炼焦煤资源条件下使干熄焦炭的M40≥85.31%、M10≤6.47%、水分≤0.68%,湿熄焦炭的M40≥83.10%、M10≤6.70%、水分≤4.50%,有效地降低了炼铁入炉焦比。提高了高炉生产能力。
This article introduced parameters, test methods and influence factors about coke quality. By evaluating caking coal quality with vitrinite reflectance, testing blending coal and single coal in small coking oven and strengthening management and control of coke quality, in the case of limited resources of coking coal, I made M40 ≥ 85.31%, MIO ≤ 6.47% and moisture content ≤0.68% for dry quenching coke and M40 ≥ 83.10%, M10 ≤ 6.70% and moisture content ≤ 4.50% for wet quenching coke so that I effectively reduced coke ratio of ironmaking and improved production capacity of the blast furnace.
