摘要
根据预应力钢棒用30Si热轧盘条的质量要求,设计了30Si的化学成分、力学性能和生产工艺。采用以下工艺流程:高炉铁水→100t顸底复吹转炉冶炼→LF炉精炼→150mm×150mm方坯连铸→加热→轧制→冷却→集卷→入库,试制了φ8mm和φ10mm的30Si热轧盘条。检验结果表明,30si钢的浇铸分析成分(mass%)为C=0.28-0.31、Si=1.77~1.82、Mn=0.73~0.76、P=0.015~0.017、S=0.006-0.007,盘条的拉伸性能为抗拉强度Rm=700~770MPa、延伸率A=22.5~29.0%、断面收缩率Z=48.0~62.5%,盘条质量达到了设计要求。
According to quality requirements of 30Si hot-rolled wire rod used for prestreessed steel bar, chemical composition, mechanical properties and productive process were designed. By using the following process: BF hot metal→ 100 t BOF steelmaking →LF refining → 150 mm ~ 150 mm billet continuous casting→ heating → rolling → cooling → collecting→ storage, we trial-producedφ 8mm and φ 10mm 30Si hot-rolled wire rod. The test results indicted that cast analysis composition (mass%): C=0.28 ~ 0.31, Si=1.77 ~ 1.82, Mn=0.73 ~ 0.76, P=0.015 ~ 0.3017, S=0.006 ~ 0.007; tensile properties: tensile strength Rm=700 ~ 770MPa, elongation A=22.5 - 29.0%, reduction of crosssection area Z=48.0 ~ 62.5%; the quality of wire rod met designed requirements.
