摘要
介绍了莱钢型钢炼钢厂开发的单炉新双联冶炼工艺的研究及在实际生产中的应用,分别探讨了150t转炉用作脱磷、脱碳时的冶炼工艺参数及应用效果。脱磷炉冶炼时工况氧压控制在0.55MPa,过程枪位控制在1.2m,底吹强度控制在0.20Nm^3/(t·min),冶炼时间13min左右,平均石灰加入量为22.25kg/t,半钢平均磷含量为0.024%,温度控制在1382~1420℃,平均脱磷率为75.14%;脱碳炉冶炼时工况氧压控制在0.65MPa,过程枪位控制在2.1m,底吹强度控制在0.08Nm3/(t·min),过程采用恒枪恒压操作,石灰平均加入量为19.72kg/t,平均终点磷含量控制在0.003%,平均成品磷含量控制在0.005%以内,实现了超低磷钢冶炼。
Introduced the new single furnace duplex smelting technology and application in practical production developed by the steelmaking plant of Lagang section steel company, respectively discussed the 150 t converter used for dephosphorization and deearburization refining process parameters and application effect. When dephosphorization furnace smelting ,conditions oxygen pressure control in 0.55MPa, positioning control in 1.2 m, the intensity of bottom blowing control in 0.20 Nm3/t. min, smelting time around 13 points, an average of 22.25 kg/t for the amount of lime, semisteel average phosphorus content is 0.024%, the temperature control in 1382 ~ 1420℃ , the average dephosphorization rate is 75.14%;When decarburization furnace smelting ,conditions oxygen pressure control in 0.65 MPa, positioning control in 2.1m, the intensity of bottom blowing control in 0.08 Nm3/t · min, constant voltage operation process with constant gun, lime addition amount to an average of 19.72 kg/t, end phosphorus content control in an average of 0.003%, the average finished phosphorus content is controlled within 0.005%, has realized the ultra-low phosphorus steel smelting.
