摘要
对于硬脆材料而言,超声振动复合加工是一种有效可行的加工方法,通过超声磨削和普通磨削的比较得出,在相同的条件下,超声磨削后的表面质量高,表面粗糙度值小。
For hard brittle material, ultrasonic vibration machining is an effective and feasible process- ing method, which is obtained by comparing the ultrasonic grinding and ordinary grinding under the same condition. After the ultrasonic grinding, the surface quality is high, surface roughness value is smaller.
