摘要
硅铝钙钡是炼钢常用的一种新型复合脱氧剂,由Si、Al、Ca、Ba等元素组成的复合脱氧剂不仅与氧有很强的结合力.而且对夹杂物也有很强的变性作用。硅铝钙钡中钡的测定有EGTA滴定法、BaSO4重量分析法,ICP测定,但样品前期处理要使用氢氟酸和高氯酸,溶样时间长,而本文主要研究了碱熔法ICP发射光谱仪测定硅铝钙钡中Ba含量,确定了元素的栓出限,回收率在98%-~102%之间,RSD小于3%,该方法用于样品测定,不仅提高了分析速度还降低了劳动强度,且分析结果较满意。
SiAlCaBa alloy is a kind of new composite deoxidant commonly used in steelmaking. The composite deoxidant made of elements such as Si, A1, Ca, Ba, etc. not only easily combines with oxygen in steel but also strongly modifies inclusions in steel As for determination of Ba content in SiA1CaBa alloy, there are EGTA titration method, BaSO4 gravimetry method, inductively coupled plasma (ICP) method, but hydrofluoric acid and Perchloric acid must be used for sample pretreatment, so it takes a long time to dissolve a sample. Therefore, determination of Ba content in SiA1CaBa alloy by alkali fusion and inductively coupled plasma--atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) is studied in this article, detection limit is determined, recovery rate is from 98% to 102%, RSD is smaller 3%. This method used for determination of Ba in the samples not only improves speed of analysis but also reduces intensity of labor as well as its analysis results is more satisfactorv.
