摘要
按照分析测试中测量不确定度及评定的方法程序,从样品测量精密、使用的标准物质、称量以及测量仪器等各种影响因素,对红外碳硫法测定碳、硫的不确定度进行分析,建立数学模型,对各不确定度分量进行了分析评定。使用Visual Studioc#语言,对文中所用公式进行编译,研发出Variane Calculation.exe不确定度计算软件。通过测试,软件稳定好,操作简单、实用。以硅钙锰合金中硫的不确定度评定为例,使用该程序测试合成相对不确定度为0.028%,有效自由度为229,则扩展不确定度为0.001%,与传统手工计算结果完全一致。
This article aims to do analysis on the uncertainty in determination of C and S content by Infrared Absorption Analytical Method, develop statistical model, and evaluate each component of the uncertainty separately, according to the methods and procedures when measuring the uncertainty in the analysis, including precision measurement of the sample, the standard material in use, and all other factors involving the measurement equipment. We have utilized Visual Studio C# to develop the software - VarianceCalculation.exe. Based on the test, it show great property of stabilization, easy accessibility and also, it is quite practical and user-friendly. Taking the measurement of uncertainty of sulfur content in Si-Ca-Mn Alloy for example, according to the software, we have the combined relative standard uncertainties of sulfur is 0.028%, the available free degrees 229 and the expanded uncertainties is 0.001%, which is quite the same with the traditional hand computation result.
