国内小规格棒材产品的生产线超过百条，年总产能已超过1亿t,97％以上的生产线采用的是传统的切分轧制工艺，轧制速度和产品质量都受一定程度的制约，中冶京诚依托在长材领域专业化的管理模式和技术能力，在福建三安高速棒材项目中成功研制开发并运用了大批国产化的关键设备，建成了国内首条主线设备全国产化的高速棒材生产线，为业主创造了大量经济效益，同时也填补了国内同类工程的空白，大大提高了国内冶金领域小规格棒材生产线工艺装备水平。

There are more than one hundred production lines of small-sized bars in China with the total annual production capacity over 100 million tons. More than 97% of these production lines use the conventional slit rolling process, and their rolling speed and product quality are subject to a certain extent of constraint. On the basis of its management mode and technical capabilities specialized in long products, CERI has successfully developed and used a large number of localized （made in China） key equipments in the High-speed Bar Project of Fujian Sanan Steel Company. In this project, CERI has built the first high-speed production line whose main production line equipment are all made in China. By doing so, CERI has generated huge economic benefits for the owner, filled the gap of such projects in China, and greatly improved the process equipment level of small-sized bar production line in domestic metallurgical field.
