摘要
根据工程实例,针对横向温度区段较大的厂房,由于超过GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》的规定,需要设置纵向伸缩缝,而设置伸缩缝会造成部分厂房(尤其是有屋面横向天窗的车间)屋面漏水或者防水困难等建筑难以解决的问题,提出在不设立横向伸缩缝的情况下,采用设置上柱铰接排架柱这种全新的结构形式,较好地解决厂房防水和横向变形及温度应力的问题,可供同类工程参考。
According to the engineering example,this paper focused on an industrial workshop with larger lateral temperature segment which is larger than the value in design code for steel structures(GB 50017—2003),generally,this kind of structure need to set up parallel expansion joint,which would cause water-seepage problem or water resistant problem in part of the workshop.A new structure form without transverse expansion joints was proposed to perfectly solve the problems of plant lateral deformation and temperature stress of industrial workshop.
