摘要
通过分析港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥钢塔结构特点及制作难点,针对钢塔厚板焊接、曲臂曲线线形控制以及整体大节段制作中的难点和关键点采取了相应的技术措施及对策,攻克了制作难关,取得了良好的效果,在保证产品质量的同时提高了生产效率,对今后类似钢塔制作具有参考价值。
The structure characteristics and fabrication difficulties of steel tower on Jiuzhou Channel Bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge were analyzed.Relevant technical measures and strategies have been used to solve the difficulties and key points of thick plates welding of steel tower,linear control of the curve of bended section and overall large segments fabrication.Ideal results have been achieved and the production efficiency was improved.Therefore,it can provide an important reference for steel tower fabrication in future.
