高空橄榄式截面超长阴面斜立焊焊接工艺

摘要 通过青岛北客站高空橄榄式截面超长阴面斜立焊的焊接施工,对焊接难点进行分析,介绍焊接残余应力及变形控制、阴面斜立焊工艺选择、高空操作及防护3个方面所采取的措施,探讨非常规焊接作业及过程控制分析的一般性方法。工程施工时,针对异型薄壁结构的特点,采用通过调整电压电流参数、控制焊接速度及优化焊道顺序的方法控制焊接残余应力及变形,有效地保证了这一难点部位的焊接质量。同时针对此高空异型焊缝,设计了一种安防一体化挂架,解决了其操作困难的问题。 Through the welding construction of inclined vertical welding on super-long nightside of olive-shaped cross-section of Qingdao North Station in high altitude,the welding difficulties of welding seam was analyzed.Residual stress and deformation control of welding,technical selections of nightside inclined vertical welding,aerial operation and protection were introduced,so as to investigate a general method for welding operation and process monitoring analysis of irregularly welding seam.According to the characteristics of special-shaped thin-wall structure,the methods of adjusting the parameters of voltage and current,welding speed control and weld bead sequence optimazation were applied to control the residual stress and deformation in welding process,it can effectively guarantee the quality of the difficult welding parts.In additional,a security integrated rack which can solve the difficulties of operational problems of special-shaped weld seam in high altitude was designed.
