摘要
目前,"一带一路"合作发展理念和倡议正上升为国家愿景与行动。在共建21世纪海上丝绸之路方面,文章以南海旅游开发为切入点,阐述了南海在海上丝绸之路建设中的重要地位、分析了南海旅游资源赋存及开发潜质,提出国内南部沿海省区应与南海周边国家合作打造海丝旅游联盟、资源整合构建海丝旅游经济带、突出特色塑造海丝旅游品牌的基本思路,并对海丝旅游经济带的构建内涵及旅游品牌创新进行了相关的探讨与设计。
At present, the "One Belt and One Road" cooperation and development ideas and propose are rising the national vision and action. In the construction of the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road, this paper based on the South China Sea tourism development as the breakthrough point, expounds important position of the South China Sea in the construction of the Maritime Silk Road, analyzes the South China Sea tourism Resources endowment and development potential, put forward the basic ideas of the domestic southern coastal provinces and regions should cooperate with the countries around the South China Sea to build Maritime Silk Road tourism alliance, resource integration to build Maritime Silk Road tourism economic zone, prominent feature shaping the Maritime Silk Road tourism brand.And how?to?construct connotation of the Maritime Silk Road tourism economic zone and tourism brand innovation has carried on the related discussion and design.
