效率及效率测度研究综述

On efficiency and efficiency measurement research

效率一直是经济中的核心问题,弄懂效率的基本内涵和测度方法有十分重要的意义。本文发现对效率的研究主要分为两大块:帕累托效率和实证当中的经济效率。已有的研究表明,帕累托效率是宏观上对效率概念的一种指导原则,是一种带有社会福利观的视角下对人的价值体现。而实证中的经济效率由技术效率和配置效率的乘积组成。本文阐述了技术效率和配置效率的概念,并通过统计分析发现在测度方法上使用DEA方法和SFA方法各占半壁江山。

Efficiency has always been the core issue of our economy.Understanding the basic meaning and know how to measure it has great significance for us.This paper studies suggest that the scholars has two main understandings for the efficiency ： one is Pareto efficiency and another is economic efficiency.The Pareto efficiency is a guiding principle for the concept of efficiency and which has been used in empirical studies.Besides, it has reflect the human value from the perspective of social welfare.However,from the empirical view the economic efficiency has been consisted with technical efficiency and allocative efficiency.In this paper, we have clarified the concept of technical efficiency and allocative efficiency.Further more,through the statistical analysis we found that there were two major ways to measure efficiency：DEA methods and SFA approach.
