从行动策略到能力体系建构——我国社会组织能力建设问题研究综述

中国社会组织经过十几年的发展,已经成为了国家治理体系的重要组成部分,其能力建设对社会组织的生存发展起着导向性作用。在此背景下,社会组织的能力建设成为理论界和实践界都共同关注的议题。目前国内学者对社会组织能力建设的研究主要集中于社会组织的行动策略研究和社组织能力体系建构研究。本文是从"行动策略—能力体系建构"视角下从研究内容、问题导向和研究方法三个层面对既有的研究成果做初步的梳理。

In this context, capacity building of social organization be the subject of both the theory and practice of community of common concern.At present domestic scholars focused on action strategy and capacity System Construction Research on social capacity-building organizations. This article is from under the perspective of ＂Action Strategies —construction of Capable System＂. from contents of research, problem-oriented and research methods and three levels of existing research results do the initial sort.
