Network accountability is well known for some unique advantages,for example,fast spreading,low cost,anonymity,free speech and so on,It provide a convenient channel for citizens to participate in public management,greatly stimulate the citizens ＇enthusiasm in democratic participation.Different from the traditional accountability mode,implementing network accountability in public welfare organization will bring about changes in expanding spatial expansion,adding accountability subjects,changing accountability ways;deepening accountability degree,strengthening enhancement effect,finally guiding the healthy development of the public welfare organization
