摘要
2014年底广东被国务院确立为第二批自贸区,而横琴新区作为第二批自贸区将被打造成为与港澳配套的国际知名休闲旅游胜地,珠三角的旅游业将飞速发展,适逢《旅游法》实施一周年,而旅游侵权事件仍然存在,作者列举了《旅游法》实施之后旅游消费者权益受到侵害的几个重要表现,并在此基础上提出了当前社会环境下的旅游消费者权益保护的几个举措。
Guangdong has been established by the end of 2014 the State Council as the second batch of FTA,and the Hengqin as the second batch of the FTA will be to build a supporting internationally renowned leisure destination matched with Hong Kong and Macao. The rapid development of the Pearl River Delta Tourism coincides with the ＂Travel Act＂ First Anniversary, otherwise the tourism violations still exist. The author lists the following ＂Travel Law＂ tourism consumer rights are infringed upon several important performance, and on this basis puts forward several measures to the current social environment of tourism consumer rights and interests protection.
