Reference and Innovation: On Eight Banners Talented Woman Gao Jingfang's Ci

八旗闺媛高景芳是清初重要的女词人之一。其词既注重借鉴前人的典范之作,博采众长;又能在借鉴的基础上锐意创新,为女性词题材的拓展开辟了道路,也为后人学习传统、推陈出新树立了典范。她积极学习填词方法,力图开拓创新,表现出自觉的创作意识。

In early Qing Dynasty, Gao Jingfang was one of the most important female Ci-Poets. Her works not only paid attention to referring to the predecessor＇s classic works, learning from others＇ advantages, but also aimed at innovation, opening a road for the theme development of female Ci poets, and built up a model for later generations. She learned the creative method of Ci positively, tried hard to innovate, and showed a self-consciousness in Ci creation.
