提出一种新的对称加密算法，对算法过程进行详细描述，设计一个测试用例对算法进行验证，并对算法进行简单讨论。该算法的主要优点是：密钥长度可根据需要改变、保密性好、加密速度快。

A new symmetric encryption algorithm is proposed in this paper. The algorithm process is described in detail, the algorithm is validated through a test case design, and the algorithm is simply discussed.
