摘要
研究了Al-Mn中间合金的熔制工艺,对比了不同工艺制备的Al-Mn中间合金的外观、显微组织、成分及使用性能等,通过对影响Al-Mn中间合金质量因素的分析,结合生产实践得出了一套优化的制备工艺,满足了生产要求。
The melting process of Al-Mn alloy was investigated, and the appearance, microstructure, composition and operational performance of Al-Mn alloy prepared by different processes were compared. A set of optimized preparing technique was obtained by combining with practice.
