摘要
通过对半柔性路面基层材料试验研究,探讨了乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石混合料设计、性能试验、半柔性基层路面结构力学分析、施工工艺。结果表明:采用骨架嵌挤级配、振动压实法确定最佳含水量、干湿劈裂强度确定最佳乳化沥青用量的乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石半柔性混合料设计方法,混合料具有较好的物理、力学性能、高温稳定性、低温柔性、抗疲劳性能;采用乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石基层代替半刚性基层,可降低路面最大竖向剪应力,提高路面抗裂能力;试验路应用表明乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石混合料具有均匀性好、易压实的特点。
Through the experiment research of material of semi flexible pavement base, the design method of emulsified asphalt and cement stabilized macadam mixture, performance test, mechanical analysis of semi flexible pavement structure, construction technology were all studied. The results showed that by using the framework of the skeleton block distribution, the vibration compaction method to determine the optimum water content and dry wet splitting strength to determine the optimum amount of emulsified asphalt, the mixture had good physical, mechanical properties, high temperature stability, low temperature flexibility and anti fatigue properties. Using the emulsified asphalt and cement stabilized macadam base instead of semi rigid base, the maximum vertical shear stress of pavement was reduced, and the cracking resistance of pavement was improved. The experimental road showed that the mixture of emulsified asphalt and cement stabilized macadam mixture had good uniformity and easy compaction.
